What does the scripture say about God’s Plan for Your Health? This will be a fun cooking class demonstration where you will learn a quick and easy recipe that is both healthy and delicious.

This week you will learn how to make ice cream with toppings that is really delicious and also very healthy. Full servings will be provided at no cost. This is going to be a lot of FUN!! Don't miss this class!

We will explore from a biblical perspective how what you eat has an impact on your body and your ability to best fulfill God's calling for your life.
